*Coordinate and create project documentation and processes
*Ability to operate a variety of equipment
*Valid drivers license (CDL a plus)
*Ability to read site plans and shoot grade
*Ability to establish finish grade
*OSHA 10 hour or competent person
*Knowledge of codes and construction processes
*Enthusiasm for developing relationships with vendors, inspectors, municipal agents
